Background <br />The property owners wish to construct a detached garage at 3207 Silver Lake Road. The property <br />currently does not have a garage. The proposed garage is 27 feet by 24 feet for a total of 648 square <br />feet. The garage has been proposed to be located 30 feet from the side street lot line and 15 feet from <br />the rear of the lot. As shown in Exhibit A, the front of the property is located on Silver Lake Road. <br />Silver Lake Road is the property address and it is where the front door to the house is located. As <br />such, the area between Silver Lake Road and the home is considered to be the front yard. The <br />driveway, however, provides access to the property off of Hilldale Avenue. <br />
