The requested conditional use permit is consistent with all the standards for granting a <br />conditional use permit as described in Title XV Land Usage, Chapter 152 Zoning <br />Code, Section 152.243, C: City Council Action of the St. Anthony City Code. More <br />specifically, the City Council finds that the requested conditional use permit is <br />justified for the following reasons: <br />a. The assembly use is one of the conditional uses specifically listed for the district <br />in which the property is located. <br />b. The City Council will specify all conditions which it deems necessary to make the <br />use compatible with other uses in the area. <br />c. There is no evidence on record to indicate that the proposed use will be <br />detrimental to the health, safety or general welfare. There is no evidence on <br />
