9. Development must comply with the Minnesota State Accessibility Code. <br />10. All pickup, drop -off, loading and unloading must occur on site and off of public <br />streets. <br />11. The building shall be provided with an automatic fire sprinkler system as approved by <br />the Fire Marshal. <br />12. Fire lanes will be posed as approved by the Fire Marshal. <br />13. The portion of the building identified for the conditional use shall not be occupied <br />until the Building Official and Fire Department have issued a certificate of <br />occupancy. <br />14. A building permit application be submitted and approved, and that construction in the <br />assembly area be completed within one year of the approval of the conditional use <br />permit. <br />15. The City of St. Anthony reserves the right to revoke this conditional use permit for <br />violation of any provision or condition of this Conditional Use Permit. <br />16. The Applicant shall properly record, with the Hennepin County Registrar of Titles, a <br />signed original or certified copy of this Resolution against Parcel A and Parcel B <br />simultaneously with acquisition of the same and provide a copy of the recorded <br />document to the City. <br />17.
