Resolution of support - is the school board willing to pass a resolution of support for the grant <br />and to commit to the process? <br />15. Letter of concurrence from the administration of each school site included in the application. <br />Information Needed from the City <br />1. Names of Safe Routes To School Team Members —members should include the following from <br />the city <br />a. Engineer <br />b. Public Works Director <br />c. County staff person (if on a county facility) /MnDOT staff person (if on a state facility) <br />d. City Administrator <br />e. Elected official <br />f. Recreation specialist /planner <br />g. Police officer <br />h. Community member <br />Names of a community member could be provided if funding is secured. A commitment to <br />include all of the above should be included in a resolution. <br />2.
