Mark Casey <br />Lowry Grove Concept Planning <br />April 8, 2013 <br />Page 2 <br />Staff is looking for direction from the Council on "big picture" site planning and layout issues <br />including land uses (type and tenure), site issues (land use along both the parkway and Kenzie <br />Terrace), tree preservation, site access, etc. <br />Based upon feedback from the Council, staff can then meet with the property owners to relay the <br />desired land uses. Staff will also provide them with contact information from developers that have <br />shown interest in the site to develop what the Council would like to see. It should be noted that staff <br />truly views redevelopment of this site as a private transaction and does not anticipate that the City <br />would become involved in the process, but for the standard development and planning reviews <br />required by both the Planning Commission and City Council. <br />Please contact me at 651- 697 -8506 with any questions. <br />
