Findings for Amending the City of Saint Anthony Village Citv Code <br />Section 152. In amending the City of Saint Anthony Village City Code Section 152 relating to <br />the regulations of solar energy systems, the City Council of the City of Saint Anthony Village <br />finds that the amendment is required for the public good; is in the interest of public health, safety <br />and welfare; and is compatible with the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br />Section Three. Effective Date. This Ordinance amendment shall be in full force and <br />effect upon its publication as provided by law. <br />Passed in regular session of the City Council on 2013. <br />
