For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning. ACCESSORY BUILDING. A separate building or structure or a portion of a principal building or structure used for accessory uses. (1993 Code, § 1605.01) § 152.176 ACCCESSORY BUILDINGS. (A). In yards. No detached accessory buildings may be located within any yard other than the rear yard, except that garages may be located in side yards. (B). Minimum setback. No accessory buildings or any eave or other portion of any accessory building may be located within 3 feet of any property line, except as provided in division (F) (1lbelow. (C). Accessory buildings attached.
