A separate building or structure or a portion of a principal building <br />or structure used for accessory uses. <br />(1993 Code, § 1605.01) <br />§ 152.176 ACCCESSORY BUILDINGS. <br />(A). In yards. No detached accessory buildings may be located within any yard other than the rear <br />yard, except that garages may be located in side yards. <br />(B). Minimum setback. No accessory buildings or any eave or other portion of any accessory <br />building may be located within 3 feet of any property line, except as provided in division (F) (1lbelow. <br />(C). Accessory buildings attached. If an accessory building is attached to the principal structure <br />, it will be considered a part of the principal stMeture b chug and must comply with all setbacks <br />and other requirements applicable to the principal struek+re uji ' . <br />(D).
