Integrated Loss Control <br />Completed Objectives in zon (to date_)_ <br />• Delivery of eSystem (Demo) <br />• Orientation to the eSystem for Department Heads & Safety Committee <br />(Ongoing) <br />• Physical Hazard Assessment of Fire Station & Public Works Facilities <br />• Attended Safety Committee Meetings (Ongoing) <br />• Scheduled Hazard Communication Right To Know Training for Liquor <br />Operations (October 9, 2013) <br />Remaining 2or3 Objectives• <br />• Hazard Communication Training for Police, Fire, & City Hall <br />Employees <br />• Public Works training sessions in various compliance areas (ongoing) <br />• Provide assistance in developing Lock Out Tag Out specific procedures <br />for equipment <br />What are the Safety Committee goals for the <br />future? <br />• Work with Integrated Loss Control on meeting OSHA standards in <br />re ards to employee training (Hazard Communication /Right to Know, <br />AAIR, Lockout Tagout, Bloodborne Pathogen, etc.) and record keeping <br />(MSDS/ SDS Sheets, Training Records, OSHA 300 log). <br />• The Safety Committee will become more active and will meet ten times <br />throughout the course of the year. <br />• All City of St. Anthony will be inspected annually by ILC and the <br />respective department heads for any potential OSHA violations. All <br />reported violations by ILC will be corrected within 90 days of <br />notification. <br />• The Safety Committee will review all First Report of Injuries and accident <br />reports that are submitted by the City. <br />• The City's Health and Safety Program will continue to be available for all <br />staff members to review 24/7 on -line through the City's Intranet site. <br />• All necessary forms will be available through the on -line health and safety <br />manual. <br />9/20/2013 <br />9 <br />
