9/20/2013 <br />What is Integrated Loss Control's Role? <br />Safety Consultant- <br />• Attend the safety committee meetings and act as <br />resource for all safety related questions that may <br />arise. <br />• Conduct Physical Hazard Assessments of all City <br />locations looking for potential hazards and OSHA <br />violations. <br />• Conduct employee training sessions to ensure <br />compliance with standards and to help train <br />employees on how to work safely. <br />Available any time for safety related questions, <br />assistance with eSystem, Accident Investigation, and <br />other health and safety related needs. <br />Integrate-d_ LossControl- <br />Program Strategic Plan <br />Transformation Period <br />i.Cultural <br />z. Administrative <br />3. Technical Program elements <br />• Once recommendations (goals) have been identified by management, the <br />Strategic Plan can be formulated. There will be goals that are administrative in <br />nature and those which are technical or programmatic in nature. <br />• The Plan Development and Implementation Team Members will be determined <br />by the track. All tracks can be underway simultaneously, but the target dates <br />and the rate of progression maybe faster for the Technical track, than the <br />Cultural or Administrative tracks. <br />
