Resolution 17-087; a Resolution Approving the 2018 Chair and Vice Chair to the Parks 13 <br />Commission. 14 <br /> 15 <br />City Manager Casey reviewed the City Council is requested to approve the 2018 Chair and Vice 16 <br />Chair to the Parks Commission. 17 <br /> 18 <br />Motion by Councilmember Jenson, seconded by Councilmember Stille, to appoint Scott Bentz as 19 <br />Chair and Erin Jordahl Redlin as Vice Chair of the Parks Commission for 2018. 20 <br /> 21 <br />Motion Carried 4-0. 22 <br /> 23 <br />E. Ordinance 2017-04; an Ordinance Setting Sewer, Water, and Storm Water charges for 24 <br />2018. 25 <br /> 26 <br />City Manager Casey stated this is the third and final reading of an ordinance to set sewer, water 27 <br />and storm water charges for 2018. Following the adoption of the ordinance it will be published in 28 <br />the December 20, 2017 edition of the St. Anthony Bulletin. The City has not received any 29 <br />comments from the residents. 30 <br /> 31 <br />Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve the third and 32 <br />final reading and adopt Ordinance 2017-04 Setting Sewer, Water and Storm Water charges for 33 <br />2018. 34 <br /> 35 <br />Motion Carried 4-0. 36 <br /> 37 <br />F. Ordinance 2017-05; an Ordinance Amending Chapter 96 Right of Way Management. 38 <br /> 39 <br />City Manager Casey stated this is the third and final reading of an ordinance to amend Chapter 40 <br />96 Right of Way Management. Following the adoption of the ordinance it will be published by 41 <br />approval of Resolution 17-088. All thirty pages of the Ordinance are available on the City 42 <br />Website. 43 <br /> 44 <br />Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve the third and 45 <br />final reading and adopt Ordinance 2017-05 Amending Chapter 96 Right of Way Management. 46 <br />15
