<br /> <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL CONSIDERATION  <br />  <br />  <br />Meeting Date: January 9, 2018 <br /> <br /> <br />Resolution-2018 Street Improvement Bond Reimbursement. <br /> <br /> <br />OVERVIEW: <br /> <br />In front of you this evening is a resolution for the 2018 Street Improvement Bond Reimbursement. <br />Bonding regulations provide limited authority to reimburse pre-bonding project expenditures. <br />The Reimbursement Resolution provides the City with the full authority to recover any project <br />expenditures made prior to bonding. Therefore staff’s recommendation is to pass the resolution to <br />ensure its full rights to reimbursement. <br /> <br /> <br />  <br /> <br />  <br />71
