City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />December 12, 2017 <br />Page 5 <br />Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Gray, to approve Resolution 17- <br />085; a Resolution Accepting Plans and Specifications and Ordering Advertisement for Bids for <br />the 2018 Street and Utility Improvements. <br />Motion Carried 4 -0. <br />8 C. Resolution 17 -086; a Resolution Approving 2018 Appointments of Commissioners and <br />9 the Chair and Vice Chair to the Planning Commission. <br />10 <br />I 1 Moved at adoption of the agenda to after Item VI.I. <br />12 <br />13 D. Resolution 17 -087; a Resolution Approving the 2018 Chair and Vice Chair to the Parks <br />14 Commission. <br />15 <br />16 City Manager Casey reviewed the City Council is requested to approve the 2018 Chair and Vice <br />17 Chair to the Parks Commission. <br />18 <br />19 Motion by Councilmember Jenson, seconded by Councilmember Stille, to appoint Scott Bentz as <br />20 Chair and Erin Jordahl Redlin as Vice Chair of the Parks Commission for 2018. <br />21 <br />22 Motion Carried 4 -0. <br />23 <br />24 E. Ordinance 2017 -04; an Ordinance Setting Sewer, Water, and Storm Water charges for <br />25 2018. <br />26 <br />27 City Manager Casey stated this is the third and final reading of an ordinance to set sewer, water <br />28 and storm water charges for 2018. Following the adoption of the ordinance it will be published in <br />29 the December 20, 2017 edition of the St. Anthony Bulletin. The City has not received any <br />30 comments from the residents. <br />31 <br />32 Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve the third and <br />33 final reading and adopt Ordinance 2017 -04 Setting Sewer, Water and Storm Water charges for <br />34 2018. <br />35 <br />36 Motion Carried 4 -0. <br />37 <br />38 F. Ordinance 2017 -05; an Ordinance Amending Chapter 96 Right of Way Management. <br />39 <br />40 City Manager Casey stated this is the third and final reading of an ordinance to amend Chapter <br />41 96 Right of Way Management. Following the adoption of the ordinance it will be published by <br />42 approval of Resolution 17 -088. All thirty pages of the Ordinance are available on the City <br />43 Website. <br />44 <br />45 Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve the third and <br />46 final reading and adopt Ordinance 2017 -05 Amending Chapter 96 Right of Way Management. <br />
