The candidates
were interviewed last Friday.

Councilmember Gray stated in the interviews he heard how the candidates would make change.
He heard two different types of methods for making change with one being the building of
relationships to make changes and the second being agitating. He would like to see more of a
"uniter" being appointed rather than a "divider. He supports the appointment of Bibi Neumann.

Councilmember Stille there were pros and cons for the three applicants. He acknowledged Nancy
has worked along with a number of people in the community. Bibi is highly educated and has
been in the community for 12 years and she cares about the community. He found Thomas very
genuine, diplomat, thoughtful, collaborator, and he is realistic. He would support Thomas Randle
for the appointment.
