Do you keep documentation of inspections, maintenance, and training as required by the Permit <br />(Part III.D.6.h.(1)-(5))? <br /> Yes No <br /> If you answered no to any of the above permit requirements listed in Questions 5 – 9, then describe the tasks and <br />corresponding schedules that will be taken to assure that, within 12 months of the date permit coverage is extended, <br />these permit requirements are met: <br />F.5.b.1:The City is within the City of New Brighton's Source Water Protection Area (SWPA), but no map has been <br />developed for the City of St. Anthony. Once a map is created it will be incorporated in the City SWPPP. <br />F.5.b.2: The City does not have any known surface water intakes. <br />F.6. The City will develop a procedure for assessing ponds to determine TSS and TP effectiveness as described in the <br />Permit (Part III.D.6.d) This study will develop procedures for determining TSS and TP treatment effectiveness of city- <br />owned ponds used for treatment of stormwater.
