B. Compliance Plan by Subwatershed To better define the course of action that the City will use to meet the Alternative Compliance Sequencing requirements, the proposed linear reconstruction projects and existing / proposed water quality improvement projects have been grouped by subwatershed. Each existing/proposed water quality improvement BMP has been assigned to address requirements of one or more projects within the subwatershed. This will allow the City to demonstrate compliance with RCWD Rules on future projects. It is anticipated that each water quality BMP will be constructed prior to, or within two years of the linear project(s) that will benefit from the BMP. See Tables 8 and 9 below.
