MPRB and Hennepin County permits shall be obtained and permit requirements should be incorporated, as final approval by those agencies requires.  Revised Traffic Study Recommendations. All traffic mitigation efforts listed in the revised traffic study shall be part of the conditions for approval, as permitted by other regulating agencies (MPRB and Hennepin County).  Receipt of All Applicable Permits. All other agency permits shall be obtained, and plans approved prior to construction on the site. In consideration of the above items, staff recommends that the City Council take the following actions:  Motion to adopt a resolution approving the preliminary PUD plan and preliminary plat, contingent on the requirements and items listed in the Resolution. SUGGESTED MOTION The following actions are options for the City Council to consider: 1) Motion to adopt a resolution, approving the preliminary PUD plan and preliminary plat, contingent on the requirements and items listed in the Resolution and in the staff report. 2) Motion to table action on the preliminary PUD development plan and preliminary plat, based on the submittal of additional information, as enumerated in the staff report; 3) Motion to deny the preliminary PUD development plan and preliminary plat and to direct staff to prepare a draft resolution declaring terms of the same, based on the findings of the City Council.
