You may recall, the Street and Utility Reconstruction Program is reviewed <br />annually to ensure the City is addressing the most critical components of the City's infrastructure. <br />When developing the recommended schedule, several criteria are taken into consideration: <br /> <br />1. Flood relief effort <br />2. Condition of the existing utilities beneath the street <br />3. Conditions of the streets and anticipated maintenance needs <br />4. Adjacent infrastructure replacement (construction phasing) <br />5. Funding and requests from project partners <br /> <br />In recent past years the City has revised the schedule of improvements to address utility issues, <br />pavement condition and pedestrian concerns on Foss Road, MacAlaster Drive and Highcrest Road <br />(2018); utility issues, pedestrian concerns and funding availability from project partners on Stinson <br />Boulevard (2016); utility issues, flood relief and funding availability from project partners on Silver <br />Lane (2010); utility issues and flood relief on Chandler Drive (2009); and pedestrian concerns and <br />funding availability from project partners on Silver Lake Road (2008). <br /> <br />Street and Utility Improvement Program <br />The attached Street and Utility Reconstruction Program figure indicates the scheduled project for <br />2019 proposes the following locations for street and utility reconstruction: <br /> <br /> Skycroft Drive from 33rd Avenue NE to 32nd Avenue NE <br /> Croft Drive from 33rd Avenue NE to 32nd Avenue NE <br /> 32nd Avenue NE from Rankin Road to Croft Drive <br /> Croft Drive from 32nd Avenue NE to 31st Avenue NE <br /> <br />Previous program figures indicated Anthony Lane scheduled for reconstruction in 2020 however, <br />Anthony Lane has been removed until City Staff can further evaluate the needs and potential future <br />redevelopment of St. Anthony’s industrial park area. The primary concern for Anthony Lane in the <br />reconstruction schedule has been the existing pavement condition. After discussing these concerns
