Officer Schlingman <br />partners with the school, teachers, students and parents to assist in solving problems. <br />This also helps build trust and relationships among the students and community with <br />the police department. <br />DARE has been a vital component between the police department and the young people <br />in our community and will have a positive impact for years to come. <br />
