FY 17 <br />Cleanup - 2 <br />and also has a history of underground storage tanks and petroleum applications (on previously <br />dirt roads). It is in the public interest to remediate the contamination found on the site. <br />To date, the city has served in the primary role of regulator, reviewing, and ultimately approving <br />a preliminary plat and preliminary PUD development plan for the site. If awarded, the city will <br />act as the party responsible for the fiduciary role administering the grant funds. The City of St. <br />Anthony finds it in the public’s interest to clean up the site and therefore is requesting grant <br />funds from DEED to ensure that work occurs. <br />______________________________________________________________________________ <br /> <br />I.
