It is in the public interest to remediate the contamination found on the site. <br />To date, the city has served in the primary role of regulator, reviewing, and ultimately approving <br />a preliminary plat and preliminary PUD development plan for the site. If awarded, the city will <br />act as the party responsible for the fiduciary role administering the grant funds.
