If you are applying for cleanup grant funds you may submit either assessed value <br />information or an appraisal. If you are applying for a revolving loan, you must submit an <br />appraisal and may not submit assessor’s information in place of an appraisal. <br /> <br />Attach an appraisal completed by a qualified independent appraiser licensed under chapter 82B <br />using accepted appraisal methodology which shows the current market value (pre-cleanup) of the <br />property, separately taking into account the effect of the contaminants on the market value.
