2017 Annual Report • Public Works Department • St. Anthony Village, Minnesota <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br /> LED lighting upgrades to the trail in Emerald Park; the <br />trail, parking lot, and ball field at Silver Point Park; hallway <br />and bathrooms at Silver Lake Village Liquor Store; bridge <br />lights on Silver Lake Road. Additionally, Xcel Energy <br />replaced street lights in residential neighborhoods with <br />LED upgrades throughout the City in January 2018. <br /> Maintenance of stormwater retention ponds and <br />stormwater ditch lines were completed this year as part of <br />the overall Park Maintenance Program <br />WATER/SEWER DIVISION <br />The Water/Sewer Division is responsible for the maintenance of <br />the City’s water and sewer infrastructure. This division is <br />responsible for the annual hydrant flushing (spring/fall), maintaining the as-built records and <br />Geographic Information Systems (GIS) upgrades, and water main repairs.
