<br />2017 Annual Report • Administration • St. Anthony Village, Minnesota <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />25 <br /> <br />Employee Recognition Program <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The purpose of the Employee Recognition Committee is to promote a sense of team among City <br />staff and to plan a luncheon that acknowledges employees for their contributions to the City <br />and its residents. <br />The City’s recognition program is used to congratulate full time, volunteer, and reserve City <br />employees on their years of service and their efforts in making the City of St. Anthony a desired <br />place to work, play and do business. This program is also intended to give employees an <br />opportunity to honor their peers for their accomplishments. This peer nominated award goes to <br />the employee who demonstrates the characteristics of S.E.R.V.I.C.E an acronym for the values <br />of: Support, Effective, Responsible, Visionary, Innovative, Courteous, and Exemplary. <br />In 2017, the award was presented to Jeff Scholl by Robin Hartfiel the 2016 winner. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
