I CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />2 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />3 APRIL 10, 2018 <br />4 <br />5 CALL TO ORDER. <br />6 <br />7 Mayor Faust called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />8 <br />9 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />10 <br />11 Mayor Faust invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />12 <br />13 ROLL CALL. <br />14 <br />15 Present: Mayor Faust, Councilmembers Gray, Jenson, Randle and Stille. <br />16 Absent: <br />17 Also Present: City Manager Mark Casey, Assistant to the City Manager Charlie Yunker, Fire Chief <br />18 Mark Sitarz, Planning Commissioner Jedd Larson, and Public Works Director Jay <br />19 Hartman. <br />20 <br />21 <br />22 CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br />23 ITEMS. <br />24 <br />25 1. APPROVAL OF APRIL 10, 2018 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />26 <br />27 Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Randle, to approve the City <br />28 Council Meeting Agenda of April 10, 2018 as presented. <br />29 <br />30 Motion carried 5 -0. <br />31 <br />32 11. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br />33 <br />34 A. Spirit of St. Anthony Award <br />35 <br />36 Assistant to the City Manager Charlie Yunker presented the 2017 Spirit of St. Anthony Award to <br />37 Sandy Simon. Ms. Simon made a few comments and noted she is honored to work for the City. <br />38 <br />39 Mayor Faust noted this is a peer driven award. He commended Ms. Simon on her 20 years of <br />40 service to the City. <br />41 <br />42 B. 40 Years of City Employment for Ja Own <br />43 <br />44 Fire Chief Mark Sitarz congratulated Assistant Fire Chief Jay Olson on his 40 years with the City <br />45 of St. Anthony. Fire Chief Sitarz provided background information on Assistant Fire Chief Jay <br />46 Olson. Assistant Fire Chief Olson made some comments. <br />47 <br />48 Mayor Faust also congratulated Assistant Fire Chief Olson on 40 years with the City. <br />49 <br />
