City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />April 24, 2018 <br />Page 6 <br /> <br />attended the Students in Government and he hopes the students will attend an upcoming Council 1 <br />Meeting and give a presentation. On April 19, he attended Metro Cities Annual Meeting. 2 <br /> 3 <br />Councilmember Gray noted on April 18, he also attended the Students in Government Program 4 <br />and last Saturday was the first Coffee with the Council hosted by Mayor Faust and himself. 5 <br /> 6 <br />Councilmember Randle stated on April 12, he attended the Chamber Annual Meeting. On 7 <br />Wednesday April 18, he was the guest speaker at the Kiwannis Monthly Meeting. He also 8 <br />attended the Students in Government Program. On April 20, he attended Culture Night at the 9 <br />High School. 10 <br /> 11 <br />Councilmember Jensen stated on April 11, he also attended the Comp Plan Input Session. He 12 <br />attended the Chamber Annual Meeting and the Students in Government Program. On April 23, 13 <br />he attended the Metro Cities Annual Meeting. 14 <br /> 15 <br />Mayor Faust stated he looks forward to the Students in Government presentation. On April 18, 16 <br />he attended the LMC Loss Control Workshop. He attended Coffee with the Council which will 17 <br />be continued as it is a good informal environment. 18 <br /> 19 <br />VIII. COMMUNITY FORUM. 20 <br /> 21 <br />Ms. Pam Kaplan, 31st Avenue NE, asked where she can find the Commission Work Plan. Mr. 22 <br />Casey stated it can be found on the City’s website. Councilmember Stille gave Ms. Kaplan his 23 <br />copy of the Work Plan. Ms. Kaplan noted she cannot hear Council about half the time other than 24 <br />Mayor Faust and Councilmember Stille. She asked where the speakers are in the Council 25 <br />Chambers. Mayor Faust stated the audio/video system is being upgraded. 26 <br /> 27 <br />IX. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. 28 <br /> 29 <br />Mayor Faust reminded residents to sign up for the Water Pledge online. Water usage can be 30 <br />monitored on the website. 31 <br /> 32 <br />X.
