Claims. <br />Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve the Consent <br />Agenda items. <br />Motion carried 5 -0. <br />10 IV. PUBLIC HEARINGS —NONE. <br />12 V. REPORTS FROM COMMISSION AND STAFF. <br />13 <br />14 A. 2018 Planning Commission Work Plan. <br />15 <br />16 Planning Commission Chair Dominic Papatola reviewed the St. Anthony Village Planning <br />17 Commission 2018 Work Plan and some of the 2017 accomplishments of the Planning <br />18 Commission. <br />19 <br />20 Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Gray, to approve the St. Anthony <br />21 Village Planning Commission 2018 Work Plan. <br />22 <br />23 Motion Carried 5 -0. <br />24 <br />25 Mayor Faust encouraged the new Park Commissioners to attend the GTS Training that is offered. <br />26 <br />27 VI. GENERAL BUSINESS OF COUNCIL. <br />28 <br />29 A. Resolution 18 -036; a Resolution Authorizing Issuance, Awardin¢ Sale, Prescribing The <br />30 Form and Details and Providing for the Payment of $2,610,000 General Obli ag tion <br />31 Bonds, Series 2018A. <br />32 <br />33 Mr. James Lehnhoff, Ehlers & Associates, reviewed the process for the issuance of the General <br />34 Obligation Bonds to fund the street improvements. It was noted the amount of the bonds is <br />35 reduced to $2,610,000. <br />36 <br />37 Councilmember Stille asked what the rate was last year and Mr. Lehnhoff stated the rate in 2017 <br />38 was at 2.58 %. Councilmember Stille mentioned this is a tax exempt rate. <br />39 <br />40 Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve Resolution <br />41 18 -036; a Resolution Authorizing Issuance, Awarding Sale, Prescribing the Form and Details <br />42 and Providing for the Payment of $2,610,000 General Obligation Bonds, Series 2018A. The sale <br />43 goes to FTN Financial Capital Markets. <br />44 <br />45 Motion Carried 5 -0. <br />S <br />
