The pipe and downstream <br />system are capable of handling the increased sanitary flows proposed from <br />the development, according to the City’s sanitary sewer model. Depending <br />on the final grading of the site, a 600 gpm sanitary sewer lift station with a <br />10-inch inner diameter forcemain will likely be required. <br />
