This will become more <br />relevant as opportunities to redevelop or enhance existing industrial <br />parks and shopping centers arise. <br />• Make certain that the Zoning Code and Zoning Map effectively supports <br />the re-development of underutilized commercial properties, especially <br />those on higher volume streets and transit routes, for higher -density, <br />multi-family and senior housing. <br />• Review the Zoning Code in its entirety for consistency and clarity, to <br />ensure that residents, business owners, and prospective developers <br />can easily understand the City’s expectations. <br />
