Chamber Member of the Year and Business of the Year 4 <br /> 5 <br />Ms. Jan Fillmore, Chamber of Commerce Board Member, announced the 2018 Villager of the 6 <br />Year award to Wendy Webster, Director of Community Services for the SANB School District 7 <br />since 2008. 8 <br /> 9 <br />Ms. Jan Fillmore announced the 2018 Outstanding Business of the Year to The Legacy of St. 10 <br />Anthony, a beautiful property located at 2540 Kenzie Terrace, that lives by their mission to 11 <br />provide a quality living environment that enhances their residents lives spiritually, physically, 12 <br />and socially. 13 <br /> 14 <br />III. Claims. 19 <br /> 20 <br />Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve the Consent 21 <br />Agenda items. 22 <br /> 23 <br />Motion carried 5-0. 24 <br /> 25 <br />IV. PUBLIC HEARINGS 26 <br /> 27 <br />A. Resolution 18-038; a Resolution Adopting and confirming Amended Assessments for the 28 <br />2018 Street and Utility Improvements. 29 <br /> 30 <br />Mayor Faust opened the public hearing at 7:15 p.m. 31 <br /> 32 <br />Mr. Hubmer reviewed the resolution for Council consideration adopting and confirming the 33 <br />revised assessment roll for the 2018 Street and Utility Improvement Project. Revisions were 34 <br />necessary as Ramsey County’s GIS mapping did not fully encompass all the assessable parcels 35 <br />associated with one property (Parcel 8 of the assessment roll). Assessments to all other properties 36 <br />remain the same as previously approved. The assessment roll has been revised to include 37 <br />additional properties associated with Parcel 8 not originally identified in the previously adopted 38 <br />assessment roll. This resolution declares the amount to be assessed at $649,880.20 ($649,878.74 39 <br />was the amount previously approved). 40 <br /> 41 <br />Mr. Hubmer reviewed the project location, sanitary sewer system improvements, street 42 <br />improvements and erosion improvements for MacAlaster Drive NE from 37th Avenue NE to the 43 <br />railroad tracks, Foss Road from 37th Avenue to Chandler Drive NE and Highcrest Road NE north 44 <br />of 37th Avenue NE.
