Criterion met.
RECOMMENDATION
The Planning Commission met on August 27, 2018 and held a public hearing. No members of the public
spoke and the Planning Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of the requested
conditional use permit and variance at 3249 Stinson Boulevard. No additional conditions to the
approval were recommended by the Planning Commission.
POSSIBLE ACTIONS
1. Adopt resolution approving the conditional use permit and variance and adoption of a
resolution declaring terms of the same.
2. Denial of the conditional use permit and variance, based on the stated findings and adoption of
a resolution denying the application.
3. Request Additional Information and Continue the Public Hearing. The Applicant appears to have
provided enough information for the City Council to approve or deny the request.
ATTACHMENTS
Exhibit A: Location map
Exhibit B: Application and Supporting Material

39
