ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 18 -062 <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND <br />ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE 2019 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted May 22, 2018, a report was prepared by <br />WSB & Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of: <br />2019 infrastructure improvements <br />• Flood improvements on Silver Lake Road from approximately 250 feet south of Silver <br />Lane to approximately 600 feet north of Silver Lane. Cooperative project with <br />Ramsey County, Rice Creek Watershed Management Organization and Minnesota <br />Department of Natural Resources. <br />County Road C Improvements - cooperative project with Ramsey County, Hennepin <br />County and Mississippi Watershed Management Organization. <br />• Bituminous trail improvements <br />• Concrete sidewalk improvements <br />• Watermain, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer improvements <br />• Industrial Park drainage and flood improvements <br />• Flashing Yellow Left Turn Signal improvements at the intersection of Silver Lake <br />Road and 331 Avenue NE <br />2020 infrastructure improvements <br />• Street and Utility Improvements Option 1: <br />• Skycroft Drive from 33`d Avenue NE to 32 "d Avenue NE <br />• Croft Drive from 331 Avenue NE to 32nd Avenue NE <br />• 32nd Avenue NE from Rankin Road to Croft Drive <br />• Croft Drive from 32 "1 Avenue NE to 3151 Avenue NE <br />Street and Utility Improvements Option 2: <br />• 321 Avenue NE from Rankin Road to Croft Drive <br />• Croft Drive from 32 "d Avenue NE to 3151 Avenue NE <br />Alternate infrastructure improvements <br />• County Road C Improvements - cooperative project with Ramsey County and <br />Hennepin County <br />• Bituminous trail extension through the cemetery from County Road C (291 <br />Avenue NE) to the south existing bituminous trail <br />• Highway 88 turn lane improvements <br />• Bituminous mill and overlay improvements along the following streets: <br />• Silver Lane from Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road <br />• Silver Lake Terrace from Silver Lane to the north cul -de -sac <br />
