WHEREAS, the Feasibility Report recommends the following street and utility improvements in 2019: <br />• Flood improvements on Silver Lake Road from approximately 250 feet south of Silver <br />Lane to approximately 600 feet north of Silver Lane. Cooperative project with <br />Ramsey County, Rice Creek Watershed Management Organization and Minnesota <br />Department of Natural Resources. <br />County Road C Improvements - cooperative project with Ramsey County, Hennepin <br />County and Mississippi Watershed Management Organization. <br />• Bituminous trail improvements <br />• Concrete sidewalk improvements <br />• Watermain, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer improvements <br />• Industrial Park drainage and flood improvements <br />• Bituminous trail extension through the cemetery from County Road C (2911 <br />Avenue NE) to the south existing bituminous trail <br />• Highway 88 turn lane improvements <br />• Flashing Yellow Left Turn Signal improvements at the intersection of Silver Lake <br />Road and 331 Avenue NE <br />• Bituminous mill and overlay improvements along the following streets: <br />• Silver Lane from Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road <br />• Silver Lake Terrace from Silver Lane to the north cul -de -sac <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is necessary, cost <br />effective, and feasible. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village that: <br />1) The Council will consider the infrastructure improvements in accordance with the report at an <br />estimated total cost of the City improvements of approximately $2,027,500. <br />2) WSB & Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for the City improvements and shall <br />prepare plans for making such improvements. WSB & Associates, Inc. will coordinate with <br />Hennepin County and Ramsey County for their improvement projects. <br />Adopted this 1 Ith day of Member, 2018. <br />Jerome O.
