Cooperative project with Ramsey 3 County, Rice Creek Watershed Management Organization and Minnesota Department of 4 Natural Resources. 5  County Road C Improvements – cooperative project with Ramsey County, Hennepin 6 County and Mississippi Watershed Management Organization. 7 Bituminous trail improvements 8 Concrete sidewalk improvements 9 Watermain, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer improvements 10 Industrial Park drainage and flood improvements 11  Flashing Yellow Left Turn Signal improvements at the intersection of Silver Lake Road 12 and 33rd Avenue NE. 13 Infrastructure improvements proposed to be completed in 2020 include: 14  Street and Utility Improvements Option 1: 15 Skycroft Drive from 33rd Avenue NE to 32nd Avenue NE 16 Croft Drive from 33rd Avenue NE to 32nd Avenue NE 17 32nd Avenue NE from Rankin Road to Croft Drive 18 Croft Drive from 32nd Avenue NE to 31st Avenue NE 19  Street and Utility Improvements Option 2: 20 32nd Avenue NE from Rankin Road to Croft Drive 21 Croft Drive from 32nd Avenue NE to 31st Avenue NE 22 23 Alternate improvements for City Council consideration in either 2019 or 2020 include the 24 following: 25  County Road C Improvements – cooperative project with Ramsey County and Hennepin 26 County 27 Bituminous trail extension through the cemetery from County Road C (29th Avenue NE) 28 to the south existing bituminous trail. 29 Highway 88 turn lane improvements. 30  Bituminous mill and overlay improvements along the following streets: 31 Silver Lane from Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road. 32 Silver Lake Terrace from Silver Lane to the north cul-de-sac. 33 34 Mr. Hubmer reviewed Council is requested to consider a resolution accepting the feasibility 35 report and authorizing preparation of final plans and specifications for the 2019 improvements. 36 37 Mr. Hubmer reviewed the Feasibility Report in detail noting the Remaining Reconstruction 38 Projects, 2019 Street and Utility Improvement Projects, 2020 Street and Utility Improvement 39 Projects, the 2020 Project Costs and Funding, and 2019 Project Schedule. 40 41 It was noted residents are encouraged to sign up to receive weekly email updates and 42 notifications regarding the 2019 Street and Utility Improvement Project by visiting the project 43 webpage located under the “Projects” tab on the City’s website at https://www.savmn.com. 44 45 11
