Cooperative project with Ramsey <br />4 County, Rice Creek Watershed Management Organization and Minnesota Department of <br />5 Natural Resources. <br />6 • County Road C Improvements — cooperative project with Ramsey County, Hennepin <br />7 County and Mississippi Watershed Management Organization. <br />8 Bituminous trail improvements <br />9 Concrete sidewalk improvements <br />10 Watermain, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer improvements <br />11 Industrial Park drainage and flood improvements <br />12 • Flashing Yellow Left Turn Signal improvements at the intersection of Silver Lake Road <br />13 and 33`d Avenue NE. <br />14 Infrastructure improvements proposed to be completed in 2020 include: <br />15 • Street and Utility Improvements Option 1: <br />16 Skycroft Drive from 33`d Avenue NE to 32 "d Avenue NE <br />17 Croft Drive from 33`d Avenue NE to 32nd Avenue NE <br />18 32 "d Avenue NE from Rankin Road to Croft Drive <br />19 Croft Drive from 32nd Avenue NE to 315` Avenue NE <br />20 • Street and Utility Improvements Option 2: <br />21 32 "d Avenue NE from Rankin Road to Croft Drive <br />22 Croft Drive from 32 "d Avenue NE to 315` Avenue NE <br />23 <br />24 Alternate improvements for City Council consideration in either 2019 or 2020 include the <br />25 following: <br />26 • County Road C Improvements — cooperative project with Ramsey County and Hennepin <br />27 County <br />28 Bituminous trail extension through the cemetery from County Road C (29d' Avenue NE) <br />29 to the south existing bituminous trail. <br />30 Highway 88 turn lane improvements. <br />31 • Bituminous mill and overlay improvements along the following streets: <br />32 Silver Lane from Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road. <br />33 Silver Lake Terrace from Silver Lane to the north cul -de -sac. <br />34 <br />35 Mr. Hubmer reviewed Council is requested to consider a resolution accepting the feasibility <br />36 report and authorizing preparation of final plans and specifications for the 2019 improvements. <br />37 <br />38 Mr. Hubmer reviewed the Feasibility Report in detail noting the Remaining Reconstruction <br />39 Projects, 2019 Street and Utility Improvement Projects, 2020 Street and Utility Improvement <br />40 Projects, the 2020 Project Costs and Funding, and 2019 Project Schedule. <br />41 <br />42 It was noted residents are encouraged to sign up to receive weekly email updates and <br />43 notifications regarding the 2019 Street and Utility Improvement Project by visiting the project <br />44 webpage located under the "Projects" tab on the City's website at https: / /www.savmn.com. <br />45 <br />
