APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 25, 2018 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. 25 <br />26 <br />Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve the City 27 <br />Council Meeting Agenda of September 25, 2018 as presented. 28 <br />29 <br />Motion carried 5-0. 30 <br />31 <br />II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. 32 <br />33 <br />A.Presentation from Ramsey County Commissioner.34 <br />35 <br />Ramsey County Commissioner Mary Jo McGuire provided an update on what is going on with 36 <br />the County. Commissioner McGuire stated she will also provide an update on issues obtained 37 <br />from City Manager Casey. The Vision, Mission and Goals of Ramsey County were presented 38 <br />along with the restructuring into four service areas. The Community Indicators were presented. 39 <br />There will be a public hearing on the final proposed budget on Monday, November 26 at 6:30 40 <br />p.m. in the Red Cap Room at Union Depot with final budget approval on December 11, 2018. A41 <br />graph indicating the 2019 Supplemental Budget was provided with detailed summary.42 <br />Information and public records can be obtained on the Open Data Portal –43 <br />https://openperformance.ramseycounty.us. Commissioner McGuire described the Pritzker44 <br />Children’s Impact Network and community health assessment and community engagement and45 <br />projects relating to community engagement input received.46 <br />47 <br />Commissioner McGuire reviewed the St. Anthony specific updates including Silver Lake Road 48 <br />Flood Issues in 2019, Traffic Studies: 4-lane to 3-lane analysis for 37th Avenue and signal timing 49 <br />1
