Compensation for such attendance is considered included in the approved salary schedule <br />unless EMPLOYER is reimbursed from an outside source. <br />ARTICLE 20: POST BOARD REQUIREMENTS <br />The EMPLOYER will contribute 100% of the cost of any necessary license fee and application for such <br />license under the Peace Officer Standards and Training Act (POST). <br />The EMPLOYER is to make every effort possible to provide the necessary POST certified training <br />required under the current law during the course of duty time.
