Mr. Casey stated that would need to meet the principal structure 5 <br />setbacks. 6 <br /> 7 <br />VI. GENERAL BUSINESS OF COUNCIL. 8 <br /> 9 <br />A. Resolution 18-073; a Resolution Accepting the 27th Avenue/Pahl Avenue Neighborhood 10 <br /> Traffic Study and Adopting the Traffic Decide Installation Policy. 11 <br /> 12 <br />City Manager Casey recommended tabling this item due to the absence of the City Engineer. 13 <br /> 14 <br />Motion by Mayor Faust, no second necessary, to table consideration of Resolution 18-073; a 15 <br />Resolution Accepting the 27th Avenue and Pahl Avenue Neighborhood Traffic Study and 16 <br />Adopting the Traffic Device Installation Policy. 17 <br /> 18 <br />Motion carried 5-0. 19 <br /> 20 <br />B. Resolution 18-074; a Resolution Approving Ratifying the 2019-2020 Agreement between 21 <br /> the Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc., #186 Local Representing the St. Anthony 22 <br /> Police Department Licensed Employees and the City of St. Anthony Village. 23 <br /> 24 <br />City Manager Casey reviewed before the Council is a request to approve a resolution ratifying 25 <br />the contract agreement with the police union. This is a two-year contract with the St. Anthony 26 <br />Police Department’s licensed employees. There will be a 3.25% increase for both 2019 and 27 <br />2020. Health insurance premium increases will be split equally between City and employees. 28 <br /> 29 <br />Councilmember Jenson stated the budget has been set for the City and asked what was used for a 30 <br />planning percentage in the budget. City Manager Casey stated the number was greater than the 31 <br />3.25% and is covered by the 2019 budget. 32 <br /> 33 <br />Motion by Councilmember Jenson, seconded by Councilmember Stille, to approve Resolution 34 <br />18-074; a Resolution Ratifying the 2019-2020 Agreement Between the Law Enforcement Labor 35 <br />Services, Inc. #186 Local Representing the St. Anthony Police Department Licensed Employees 36 <br />and the City of St. Anthony Village. 37 <br /> 38 <br />Motion carried 5-0. 39 <br /> 40 <br />C. Resolution 18-075; a Resolution Approving Ratifying the 2019 – 2020 Agreement 41 <br />between the International Association of Fire Fighters, local 3486 Representing the St. 42 <br />Anthony Fire Department Employees and the City of St. Anthony Village. 43 <br /> 44 <br />City Manager Casey reviewed before the Council is a request to approve a resolution ratifying 45 <br />the contract agreement between the International Association of Fire Fighters, Local 3486 46 <br />13
