City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />November 13, 2018 <br />Page 7 <br /> <br /> <br />Lighting Project, Customer Royalty Program, and Holiday Wine Sampling Events. Mr. Larson 1 <br />summarized what is available on the City website regarding liquor operations. 2 <br /> 3 <br />Councilmember Stille referred to the sales profit and would like to see the sales comparison for 4 <br />2017 and 2018. 5 <br /> 6 <br />Mayor Faust stated Mr. Larson and his staff are doing a great job and following the Mission 7 <br />Statement. Putting together the Royalty Program was a large task and he looks forward to 8 <br />becoming a loyal member. 9 <br /> 10 <br />VII. REPORTS FROM CITY MANAGER AND COUNCIL MEMBERS. 11 <br /> 12 <br />City Manager Casey announced the City was recognized by the Minnesota Department of Health 13 <br />for outstanding performance in fluoridation management by the public water systems. Saturday, 14 <br />November 17, is the Sustainability Fair from 1:30 – 4:30 p.m. at City Hall. Friday is the deadline 15 <br />to submit an application for the Planning and Parks Commissions. 16 <br /> 17 <br />Councilmember Gray stated on October 25, he attended the North Suburban Communications 18 <br />and Access Corporation meeting and reviewed the productions and programming highlights for 19 <br />October. The October 2018 Production and Programming Report for October 2018 was provided 20 <br />for Council review. Last week, he attended the National League of Cities in Los Angeles, 21 <br />California. 22 <br /> 23 <br />Councilmember Randle had no report. 24 <br /> 25 <br />Councilmember Jenson stated on October 30, he attended the joint meeting with the School 26 <br />Board and Council Work Session. 27 <br /> 28 <br />Councilmember Stille stated he also attended the School Board Meeting and the Council Work 29 <br />Session. On November 8, he attended the Community Services Board meeting. He noted the 30 <br />book is out from the Historical Society and the Sister City annual meeting is next Sunday. 31 <br /> 32 <br />Mayor Faust stated on October 27, he came to Tech Dump and Fix-It Clinic. Both were very 33 <br />busy. On October 30, he attended the Council Work Session. On November 2, he met with the 34 <br />County Assessor. On November 9 he attended Chandler’s Salute to Armed Forces Day. On 35 <br />November 12 he attended the Regional Council of Mayors meeting. Earlier today, he attended 36 <br />the Mississippi Water Management Organization where the budget was approved. 37 <br /> 38 <br />VIII. COMMUNITY FORUM – NONE. 39 <br /> 40 <br />IX.
