City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />November 13, 2018 <br />Page 5 <br />Councilmember Gray suggested pervious and impervious decks be addressed. <br />4 Councilmember Jenson stated he has a neighbor with a walkout with a deck attached to the house <br />5 and it is a story off the ground. Mr. Casey stated that would need to meet the principal structure <br />6 setbacks. <br />7 <br />8 VI. GENERAL BUSINESS OF COUNCIL. <br />10 A. Resolution 18 -073: a Resolution Accepting the 27`h Avenue/Pahl Avenue Neighborhood <br />11 Traffic Study and Adopting the Traffic Decide Installation Policy. <br />12 <br />13 City Manager Casey recommended tabling this item due to the absence of the City Engineer. <br />14 <br />15 Motion by Mayor Faust, no second necessary, to table consideration of Resolution 18 -073; a <br />16 Resolution Accepting the 27`h Avenue and Pahl Avenue Neighborhood Traffic Study and <br />17 Adopting the Traffic Device Installation Policy. <br />18 <br />19 Motion carried 5 -0. <br />20 <br />21 B. Resolution 18 -074: a Resolution Avyroving Ratifying the 2019 -2020 Agreement between <br />22 the Law Enforcement Labor Services Inc #186 Local Representing the St Anthony <br />23 Police Department Licensed Employees and the City of St. Anthony Village. <br />24 <br />25 City Manager Casey reviewed before the Council is a request to approve a resolution ratifying <br />26 the contract agreement with the police union. This is a two -year contract with the St. Anthony <br />27 Police Department's licensed employees. There will be a 3.25% increase for both 2019 and <br />28 2020. Health insurance premium increases will be split equally between City and employees. <br />29 <br />30 Councilmember Jenson stated the budget has been set for the City and asked what was used for a <br />31 planning percentage in the budget. City Manager Casey stated the number was greater than the <br />32 3.25% and is covered by the 2019 budget. <br />33 <br />34 Motion by Councilmember Jenson, seconded by Councilmember Stille, to approve Resolution <br />35 18 -074; a Resolution Ratifying the 2019 -2020 Agreement Between the Law Enforcement Labor <br />36 Services, Inc. #186 Local Representing the St. Anthony Police Department Licensed Employees <br />37 and the City of St. Anthony Village. <br />38 <br />39 Motion carried 5 -0. <br />40 <br />41 C. Resolution 18 -075: a Resolution Approvine Ratifying the 2019 — 2020 Agreement <br />42 between the International Association of Fire Fighters local 3486 Representing the St <br />43 Anthony Fire Department Employees and the City of St Anthony Village <br />44 <br />45 City Manager Casey reviewed before the Council is a request to approve a resolution ratifying <br />46 the contract agreement between the International Association of Fire Fighters, Local 3486 <br />
