APPROVAL OF THE JUNE 11, 2018 REGULAR PARKS COMMISSION MEETING 32 <br />MINUTES. 33 <br /> 34 <br /> Motion by Commissioner Jordahl-Redlin, seconded by Commissioner Ksiazek, to approve the 35 <br />June 11, 2018, Regular Parks Commission Meeting Minutes as presented. 36 <br /> 37 <br />Motion carried unanimously. 38 <br /> 39 <br />VI. PRESENTATIONS. 40 <br /> 41 <br />A. Updates from Citizens for Sustainability. 42 <br /> 43 <br />Ms. Lona Doolan provided an update on the Citizens for Sustainability Committee’s 44 <br />participation at VillageFest and the Vendor Fair. All of the recycling buckets were distributed. 45 <br />A Sustainability Fair is being planned on November 17 from 1:30 – 4:30pm. The Committee 46 <br />is working on getting vendors and welcome ideas for the Fair. A grant has been applied for 47 <br />through Hennepin County to assist in getting students involved in sustainability efforts.
