Mattie Jaros, Parks 17 <br />Commissioner Erin Jordahl Redlin, City Engineer Todd Hubmer, and City Planner 18 <br />Molly Just. 19 <br /> 20 <br /> 21 <br />CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING 22 <br />ITEMS. 23 <br /> 24 <br />I. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 27, 2018 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. 25 <br /> 26 <br />Motion by Councilmember _Gray, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve the City 27 <br />Council Meeting Agenda of November 27, 2018 as presented. 28 <br /> 29 <br />Motion carried 5-0. 30 <br /> 31 <br />II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. 32 <br /> 33 <br />A. Presentation of 2018 Fire Prevention Poster Winners 34 <br /> 35 <br />Fire Chief Sitarz reviewed the Fire Prevention Poster Contest. There were 150 kids eligible and 36 <br />it is part of the curriculum. Lt. Mattie Jaros reviewed the theme for this year. She announced this 37 <br />year’s winners: 38 <br /> 39 <br />Maya Telander – 4th Place – 5th Grade St. Charles 40 <br />Cece Kram – 3rd Place – 5th Grade Wilshire Park 41 <br />Anna Tsukamoto – 1st Place – 5th Grade Wilshire Park 42 <br />Naomi Waldusky – 1st Place – 5th Grade Wilshire Park 43 <br /> 44 <br />Both 1st place winners will be sent to the State Competition. 45 <br /> 46 <br />B. Presentation of 2018 Water Conservation Poster Winners. 47 <br /> 48 <br />1
