ANTHONY <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />NOVEMBER 27, 2018 <br />CALL TO ORDER. <br />Mayor Faust called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />Mayor Faust invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />ROLL CALL. <br />Present: Mayor Faust, Councilmembers Gray, Jenson, Randle and Stille. <br />Absent: None <br />Also Present: City Manager Mark Casey, Fire Chief Mark Sitarz, Lt. Mattie Jaros, Parks <br />Commissioner Erin Jordahl Redlin, City Engineer Todd Hubmer, and City Planner <br />Molly Just. <br />CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br />ITEMS. <br />I. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 27, 2018 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />Motion by Councilmember _Gray, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve the City <br />Council Meeting Agenda of November 27, 2018 as presented. <br />Motion carried 5 -0. <br />II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br />A. Presentation of 2018 Fire Prevention Poster Winners <br />Fire Chief Sitarz reviewed the Fire Prevention Poster Contest. There were 150 kids eligible and <br />it is part of the curriculum. Lt. Mattie Jaros reviewed the theme for this year. She announced this <br />year's winners: <br />Maya Telander — 0 Place — 5h Grade St. Charles <br />Cece Kram — 3'a Place — 5s' Grade Wilshire Park <br />Anna Tsukamoto —1' Place — 5°i Grade Wilshire Park <br />Naomi Waldusky —1' Place — 5h Grade Wilshire Park <br />Both 1' place winners will be sent to the State Competition. <br />B. Presentation of 2018 Water Conservation Poster Winners. <br />
