The premise 1 <br />behind the budget is to keep services the same. The revenues are unknown and the funding 2 <br />source of the Capital Improvement Plan is done through levies. 3 <br /> 4 <br />Mayor Faust noted this is the fourth public meeting regarding the budget process. He 5 <br />commended Ms. Rueckert on her ability to refine the budget into an open and accountable 6 <br />process. 7 <br /> 8 <br />Mayor Faust closed the public hearing at 7:22 p.m. 9 <br /> 10 <br />Motion by Councilmember Randle, seconded by Councilmember Gray, to approve Resolution 11 <br />18-082; a Resolution Setting the Final 2019 Tax Levy and Adopting the 2019 Budget Document 12 <br />for the City of St. Anthony Village. 13 <br /> 14 <br />Motion carried 5-0. 15 <br /> 16 <br />V. REPORTS FROM COMMISSION AND STAFF - NONE. 17 <br /> 18 <br />VI. GENERAL BUSINESS OF COUNCIL. 19 <br /> 20 <br />A. Resolution 18-083; a Resolution Approving the Combination Wine/Strong Beer License 21 <br /> for Cheers Pablo located at 2900 Pentagon Drive. 22 <br /> 23 <br />City Manager Casey introduced the request of the Council to consider a combination 24 <br />Wine/Strong Beer License for Cheers Pablo located at 2900 Pentagon Drive. This is for a new 25 <br />business within the City. Background checks have been completed on the new business owner 26 <br />and staff is recommending approval of the Wine/Strong Beer License. This is the same type of 27 <br />business as Wine and Canvas was with new owners. 28 <br /> 29 <br />Motion by Councilmember Jenson, seconded by Councilmember Gray, to approve Resolution 30 <br />18-083; a Resolution Approving Combination Wine/Strong Beer License for Cheers Pablo 31 <br />Located at 2900 Pentagon Drive. 32 <br /> 33 <br />Motion carried 5-0. 34 <br /> 35 <br />B. Resolution 18-084; a Resolution Accepting Plans and Specifications and Ordering 36 <br /> Advertisement for Bids for the Silver Lake Road Flood Reduction Project. 37 <br /> 38 <br />City Engineer Hubmer reviewed the request of the Council to consider a resolution accepting 39 <br />plans and specifications and ordering advertisement for bids for the Silver Lake Road Flood 40 <br />Reduction Project. This resolution accepts the plans and specifications, as prepared by WSB, and 41 <br />authorizes the advertisement for bids for the Silver Lake Road Flood Reduction Project. The 42 <br />project anticipates opening bids on or near January 16, 2019 and bringing the bid results to 43 <br />Council in February. 44 <br /> 45 <br />3
