City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />December 11, 2018 <br />Page 6 <br /> <br /> <br />City Manager Casey reviewed the Council is requested to hold the third and final reading of an 1 <br />ordinance to set sewer, water, and storm water charges and establish certain fee amounts for 2 <br />2019. Following adoption of the ordinance, a summary of the ordinance will be published in the 3 <br />December 19, 2018 edition of the St. Anthony Bulletin, which is the official newspaper for the 4 <br />City of St. Anthony. 5 <br /> 6 <br />Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Gray, to hold third and final 7 <br />reading and adopt Ordinance 2018-02; an Ordinance Setting Sewer, Water, Storm Water charges 8 <br />and establishment of certain fee amounts for 2019. 9 <br /> 10 <br />Motion carried 5-0. 11 <br /> 12 <br />G. Resolution 18-088; a Resolution Approving Summary Publication for Ordinance 2018-13 <br />02. 14 <br /> 15 <br />Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Jenson, to approve Resolution 16 <br />18-088; a Resolution Approving Summary Publication for Ordinance 2018-02. 17 <br /> 18 <br />Motion carried 5-0. 19 <br /> 20 <br />H. Resolution 18-089; a Resolution Approving the 2019 Fee Schedule. 21 <br /> 22 <br />City Manager Casey reviewed the Council is requested to approve the proposed 2019 Fee 23 <br />Schedule. The changes include changes to the water, sewer, and storm water fees to reflect 24 <br />adjustments and changes to the electrical permit fees due to change of electrical inspector. 25 <br />Overall, these changes are minimal and will simplify and standardize the fees in relation to the 26 <br />metro area. The 2019 Fee Schedule was provided for Council review. 27 <br /> 28 <br />Motion by Councilmember Jenson, seconded by Councilmember Gray, to approve Resolution 29 <br />18-089; a Resolution Approving the 2019 Fee Schedule. 30 <br /> 31 <br />Motion carried 5-0. 32 <br /> 33 <br />I. Respectful Workplace Training. 34 <br /> 35 <br />Mr. Casey presented an overview of the Respectful Workplace Training. The training was led by 36 <br />Kendra Dodd. Mr. Casey reviewed the learning objectives, noting that 123 people attended the 37 <br />training over 7 sessions. This training will continue in the future for all City employees. 38 <br /> 39 <br />Mayor Faust stated he appreciates the training and he and the Council attended. 40 <br /> 41 <br />Councilmember Stille commended Mr. Casey on holding the training. 42 <br /> 43 <br />Councilmember Randle stated he appreciated how the training was presented as “old school.” 44 <br />Ms. Dodd had a good perspective. 45 <br /> 46 <br />6
