The meetings on the second and fourth Wednesdays are at noon, and the <br />meeting on the third Wednesday is at 7:30 am. Each meeting has a speaker who provides <br />information about our community. For more information or visit the club’s website, <br />www.saintanthonykiwanis.org. <br /> <br />NSCC and CTV North Suburbs <br />CTV North Suburbs is a non-profit organization operated by the North <br />Suburban Access Corporation (NSAC). The nine commission members <br />represent the cities of Arden Hills, Falcon Heights, Lauderdale, Little Canada, <br />Mounds View, New Brighton, North Oaks, Roseville, and St. Anthony. The newly developed <br />mission of CTV North Suburbs is “We produce community focused digital media for the <br />purpose of educating and engaging our citizens.” <br />The North Suburban Cable Commission (NSCC) is a joint powers venture with the same cities. <br />The Commission administers and enforces the cable franchise agreements with cable providers; <br />stewards’ resources, including franchise fees from member cities and other income and assets <br />acquired by contract with the cable company or others; and informs member cities and the <br />public of developing technology and issues related to cable communications. <br />The City of St. Anthony appoints a member of the City Council to represent St. Anthony at all <br />Commission meetings and functions. The City representative is a Commissioner on the NSCC <br />and a Director on the NSAC Board of Directors. The City Manager also serves on the City <br />Managers and Administrators Committee along with other appointed staff from the nine <br />commission cities. <br />In 2018, the Commission embarked on an Executive Director search and successfully on ramped <br />a new Director to manage the NSCC and NSAC. Additionally, the organization went through a <br />large re-organization, and strategy development in response to the financial changes in 2018. <br />The new strategy has led to the adoption of a new mission and a balanced 2019 budget. <br />
