Steph worked on the 2015 CDBG grant <br />from Hennepin County for Pesch Place Phase II improvement project. <br /> <br />Devin Vander Schaaf, Public Relations and Marketing Manager: Devin has over 10 years of experience preparing <br />grants, working with government officials and presenting at hearings/meetings on behalf of ASI. Devin worked on the <br />2015 CDBG grant from Hennepin County for Pesch Place Phase I improvement project I. <br /> <br />Brian Klinkhammer, Regional Maintenance Technician: Brian is ASI’s Regional Maintenance Technician who assisted on <br />the 2015 CDBG grant from Hennepin County for Pesch Place Phase II. Brian has many years of experience working with <br />contractors and maintaining ASI’s accessible and affordable housing. <br /> <br />Gregg Scofield, Housing and Facilities Superintendent: Greg has over 35+ years of experience with ASI Property <br />Management. From maintenance to supervising to grant administration, Mr. Scofield has worked on almost every one of <br />ASI’s managed properties in some capacity.
