Describe any community, agency, or public/private partnerships and support: Our residents receive rental subsidy from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. We also receive private donations, which have helped various residents with obtaining household items, such as toiletries and clothes. We have received CDBG dollars from Hennepin County in the past, although that was for our accessible housing community in Golden Valley, Minnesota. (ASI) has many, many years of combined experience with administering grants. As a primary source of funding for our capital improvement projects, CDBG grants provide vital funding for our accessible and affordable apartments nationwide. In fact, a majority of our staff working on this grant activity worked on previous grant applications with Hennepin County, all of which resulted in the successful administration of Hennepin County CDBG grants. Over the past year, Property Management and the Fund Development program worked on 23 grant projects around the country, many of them similar to this project. Our team has overseen many siding, window, elevator, roof and accessibility improvement projects for our buildings. Thus, we are very confident in our staff capacity and experience, and look forward on another successful rehabilitation project. List the names, position titles, and brief qualifications of staff who will be primarily responsible for delivering this activity (attach additional pages if necessary): Ken Berry, Director of Property Management: Ken has over 25 years of experience with Accessible Space, Inc. (ASI), and he has helped administer dozens of grants for our organization. As the Director of Property Management, Mr. Berry oversees all aspects of the department. Mr. Berry worked on the 2012 and 2015 CDBG grant from Hennepin County for Pesch Place Phase I and II improvement project. 25
