2018 Annual Report • Public Works Department • St. Anthony Village, Minnesota <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />WATER/SEWER DIVISION <br />The Water/Sewer Division is responsible for the maintenance of the City’s water and sewer <br />infrastructure. This division is responsible for the annual hydrant flushing (spring/fall), <br />maintaining the as-built records and Geographic <br />Information Systems (GIS) upgrades, and water <br />main repairs.
