Motion to recommend approval of the request for a variance to the front yard setback <br />for construction of front landing and steps within the required 35.9 foot setback at <br />2609 Pahl Avenue and direct staff to prepare resolution declaring terms of the same. <br />2. Motion to recommend denial of the variance as requested. In the event of a <br />recommendation for denial, the Planning Commission must state its findings related to <br />denial. <br />3. Request Additional Information and Table Action, subject to the submission of <br />additional information from staff and/or applicant. <br /> <br />Decision 2. Variance to Side Yard Setback <br />1. Motion to recommend approval of the request for a variance to the side yard setback <br />for construction of a patio within the required 5 foot setback at 2609 Pahl Avenue and <br />direct staff to prepare resolution declaring terms of the same. <br />2. Motion to recommend denial of the variance as requested. This recommendation <br />includes a requirement that the applicant make corrections to the submitted plan, as <br />well as the constructed improvements, to ensure that either (a) any paved area <br />greater than 5 feet in width meets the required 5 foot setback for patios; or (b), any <br />paved area is modified to be no more than 5 feet in width so as to constitute a <br />sidewalk rather than a patio. <br />3. Request Additional Information and Table Action, subject to the submission of <br />additional information from staff and/or applicant. <br />Decision 3. Variance to Impervious Surface Coverage <br />1. Motion to recommend approval of the request for a variance to the impervious <br />surface coverage at 3,400 square feet (36.6 %) at 2609 Pahl Avenue and direct staff to <br />prepare resolution declaring terms of the same. <br />2. Motion to recommend denial of the variance as requested. In the event of a <br />recommendation for denial, the Planning Commission must state its findings related to <br />denial. <br />3.
