<br />Saint Anthony Village ADA Transition Plan for <br />Pedestrian Facilities in the Public Right-of-Way Appendix D <br />Complaints of Title II violations may also be filed with the DOJ within 180 days of the date of <br />discrimination. In certain situations, cases may be referred to a mediation program sponsored by <br />the Department of Justice (DOJ).
