Resolution 19-049; a Resolution Approving Wine/Beer License for National Grill 18 <br />Located at 2201 St. Anthony Blvd. 19 <br /> 20 <br />Mr. Casey reviewed this is a resolution to approve a combination Wine/Strong Beer License for 21 <br />National Grill located at 2201 St. Anthony Blvd. National Grill is providing food and beverage 22 <br />service at the clubhouse for Gross Golf Course. They currently have a 3.2 On-sale malt liquor 23 <br />license. With the adoption of Ordinance 2019-06, which allows golf courses located in the 24 <br />Recreation/Open Space District to be eligible for a Wine license or a full On-sale intoxicating 25 <br />liquor license, National Grill is now eligible for those licenses. Resolution 19-050; a Resolution Approving the Cost Participation and Maintenance 35 <br />Cooperative Agreement with Hennepin County for the County Road C 36 <br />Improvement Project. 37 <br /> 38 <br />City Manager Casey provided for Council review the Hennepin County Cost Participation and 39 <br />Maintenance Cooperative Agreement for the County Road C Project. This is for authorization for 40 <br />the Mayor and City Manager to sign the agreement. This agreement outlines the 50% cost 41 <br />participation for acquisition of right-of-way for the properties along County Road C that is 42 <br />estimated to be $75,000. 43 <br /> 44 <br />5
